Body Scan Meditation Sessions | Front Line & First Responders
Participants will be guided through a 20 minute body scan meditation to down-regulate emotional response to stress, recharge, and build nervous system resilience. You will be confirmed for all three dates once you register. You will receive the link to join in your confirmation as well as recieve a reminder email with the link 24 hours in advance.
