Breath Mindfulness Meditation | Front Line & First Responders
Mindfulness Meditation is a simple method of mental training that can help reset and recalibrate your mind. Using your breath as an anchor for attention, this 10-minute focused attention practice can reduce stress, regulate emotions and improve mood.
