Brain Performance Retreat
Building upon its five-year history of providing science-based cognitive training to enhance the brain health and performance of everyone, the Brain Performance Institute is now conducting a multi-day retreat designed specifically for individuals with a mild traumatic brain injury and their spouse or caregiver. The retreat will include the cognitive training called Strategic Memory Advanced Reasoning Training (SMART); mindfulness training; and talks focused on the pillars of brain health and performance, such as trying new things, the power of observation, and how to handle stress. This retreat will provide a “pause with a purpose” – not only will these days offer a respite from the stressors of daily life, it will also provide practical tools to improve brain health and performance.
